Preventive maintenance and STK
The Menges Komfort service contract includes regular maintenance by our qualified service specialists as well as the function test and the safety check (STK).
If everything is in order, the appliances receive the prescribed test sticker. If repairs are necessary, we can carry them out immediately and provide you with a cost estimate on request. We document all services and test results in detail for you to follow.
With the Menges Komfort service contract, you ensure the maximum operating time of your appliances and the value retention of your investment.

– Appointments arranged according to your requirements
– Carried out by our qualified service personnel - Function test and safety check (STK) with test sticker and STK protocol

- Reminder to comply with the prescribed inspection and maintenance intervals
- The package includes 2 hours of free remote support per year (depending on product and availability, unused hours expire after each contract year)

The Menges Comfort Plus service contract includes regular maintenance by our qualified service specialists, as well as a function test and safety check (STK). During the term of the contract, free telephone and remote support is provided during the agreed business hours. Furthermore, repair visits are included as long as technical problems persist. This does not include the cost of spare parts.
This means you are ideally equipped for emergencies.

You benefit from numerous cost advantages, but above all: you have no unforeseen expenses and therefore enjoy comprehensive protection for your investment. Probes from the Endomag Sentimag and Mammotome Neoprobe devices are excluded. In the event of damage, a replacement including a cost proposal is available on request.
