Radiology/Nuclear Medicine/Breast Care
Your future role with us:
You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, handling complaints and providing advice in the agreed sales area (throughout Switzerland), as well as strategic visit planning and documentation (Salesforce).
- Implementing sales promotion measures for the respective target groups in coordination with GB management
- Preparing and following up on visits/product demonstrations at customer sites
- Support and accompany regional and national events and workshops
- Participate in/attend supra-regional events
- Market observation and competition analysis
- Complaint management in the event of relevant and reportable problems
- Maintain topics and documents important for the application area in Salesforce (customer database), e.g. training logs
- Training/education (internal) of area managers and service employees on relevant topics in the field of applications for various devices
- Participation in internal quarterly training events organised by the Country Manager
- All activities in close coordination with the Country Manager and, if necessary, with the management
You will impress us with:
- Reliability, commitment and willingness to travel are a matter of course for you.
- Ideally, you live in the region (Neuchâtel, Bern, Fribourg)
- German (C1-C2) as your native language
- French and English as second languages (C2)
- Work permit for Switzerland
- Completed degree as a certified radiology technician HF (MTRA)
- Relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of radiology and/or nuclear medicine
- Intensive market and competition monitoring with feedback to the team
- Self-motivation, organisational skills and dynamism
- Professional, confident manner
- Genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Driving licence B
- Impeccable reputation
